Service Technician | Loyang | Basic Up to $3,500 | 5 Days

• Salary | Basic up to $3,500, depends on experience

• Carry out Production, Service, Repair, Installation, FAT, Field Construction, Plant Commissioning, Sea trials, and Inspection of Customer Supplied Product.
• Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
• Requisition Key equipment and materials.
• Liaise with customer on the installation requirements such as hot work, welding, carpentry work and running of cabling.
• Inform Managers of additional requirements from customer.
• Ensure that jobs are carried out to meet acceptance criteria as per technical / installation manual.
• Assist in preparing the design, drawing, and documents for Customer’s technical requirements.
• Assist in developing a complete field support process covering all products.
• Identify and record quality problem related to product or service.
• Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managers and Engineers.

• Authorize the release of equipment to the customer after meeting specified standard in the production, service, repair, installation, and commissioning work.
• Prepare and endorse service report.
• Decide on the location of installation of new equipment onboard vessels or at site.
• Provides and coordinates replies to the technical inquiries with Sales Personnel.
