Bilingual (Mandarin & English) Digital Media Assistant – Part-Time (Remote) - Geylang

Minimum Commitment: 4 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual who is fluent in both Mandarin and English and possesses strong computer skills. This part-time, remote role involves reviewing, organizing, and managing digital content—including CCTV footage, social media posts, images, and documents—using a variety of tools, including AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and categorize CCTV footage and images
• Organize and archive social media content and documents
• Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to enhance workflow
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive content
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor and provide updates on task progress
• Participate in occasional in-person meetings for training or review sessions

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software and AI tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
• High level of discretion and attention to detail

Additional Information:

• Full training will be provided
• When on-site attendance is required (e.g. for training or performance reviews), travel time is paid, and transportation and meal expenses will be covered
• Flexible working hours with a minimum of 4 hours per week
