Financial Accountant (Maternity Cover)

The Role

This role is for maternity cover for 4 months from 1 June 2026 to 30 September 2026

Main responsibilities of the role are:

• Monitor and maintain accounts payables & receivables, allocation and settlement of invoices
• Preparation and reconciliation of intercompany Receivables and Intercompany Payables
• Check local expense claims and overseas travel expense claims, employee reimbursement and credit card payment processing
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and prepare month end journal entries
• Participation in month end and year end closing
• Involve in Internal and External audits by handling requests from auditors and manage company secretarial matters
• Responsible for GST reporting and assists Finance Manager with corporate tax reporting, internal controls, and liaise with Head Office team members for global finance projects (where applicable) and various finance-related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties such as General Office Admin and IT related matters

About You

You bring passion to learn and grow in an international environment. Furthermore you have:

• Finance and Accounting Diploma with minimum 3-6 years accounting working experiences.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office skills, prior experience in SAP and Concur is a plus
• Good Knowledge of local tax, GST, Financial Reporting Standards and Company Acts
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Self-starter, structured, result-oriented and proactive approach with sense of urgency
• Team-spirit personality and positive mindset
• High level of interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to engage and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
