Live Chat Contact Centre Manager

  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in contact center environment
  • Exposure working in BPO setting advantageous
  • Experience in call centre, as well as setting up process flow for chat function, able to understand IT jargons
  • Experience in shortlisting vendor, liaising with vendors and able to translate business requirement to developers
  • Strong live chat operations experience; project management
  • Experience in live chat operations and able to do customer experience mapping
  • To curate SOPs, workflow process and conduct training to the new team.
  • Experience in client fronting and strong/ good stakeholder management
