Manufacturing & Equipment Engineer (Entry Level | Hands-on)

Manufacturing Engineer is to do hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical machines/equipment, process issue and improve yield.

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Office Location: Central transport pickup SG Islandwide
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $4,300 - $5,500 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors Manufacturer to look for Manufacturing Engineer with Mechanical Backaground to handle hands-on maintenance.

The Job:

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily production and process-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations
• Lead, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Partner closely with Engineering and R&D teams to support timely industrialization and transfer of new processes and technologies into production
• Drive operational excellence by meeting company KPIs, yield targets, and internal PPM goals

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
• Hands-on Maintenance/Troubleshooting experience
