Maintenance Engineer | up to 8.5k base Monthly!

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in either petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of equipment within our process manufacturing facility.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and utilities.
• Diagnose equipment failures and conduct root cause analyses to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during equipment servicing and overhauls.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including logs, spare parts, and equipment history.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
• Support commissioning and validation of new equipment and process changes.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in petrochemical or pharmaceutical settings.
• Proficient in maintaining rotating/static equipment, instrumentation, and utilities.
• Experience in process manufacturing environments is essential.
• Familiar with CMMS tools, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Effective communication and coordination across departments.
