About the role
This is a permanent part-time administrative role at Ricky Ng and Associates' office in Paya Lebar Quarter . You will be responsible for providing essential administrative and client support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be assisting a agency manager for this support role .
What you'll be doing- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintaining client records and databases.
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with client queries and providing exceptional customer service. clients support and follow up on claims .
- Doing client policy summaries and policy updates
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Good IT skills
