About the role

This is a permanent part-time administrative role at Ricky Ng and Associates' office in Paya Lebar Quarter . You will be responsible for providing essential administrative and client support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be assisting a agency manager for this support role .

What you'll be doing
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintaining client records and databases.
  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assisting with client queries and providing exceptional customer service. clients support and follow up on claims .
  • Doing client policy summaries and policy updates
