Salary: $2,300/month + Sales Incentives

Working Hours: 5 days a week | 40 hours per week

About the Role:

Join our dynamic sports shop team as a Sales Associate and be part of a fast-paced retail environment! Whether you’re passionate about sports or eager to start your career in retail, we welcome individuals with or without experience to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily retail operations to ensure exceptional service and smooth store function.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates.
Support and take part in store events and activities.
Flexibly work varied hours to meet business needs.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
Perform shipping/receiving duties and assist with stocking the floor.
Help with cleaning tasks and creating attractive visual displays when necessary.
