Cleaning Team Leader

Lead a cleaning team on-site and ensure consistent, high-quality results day to day.

You will:

• Lead, guide and motivate a cleaning team across the daily service windows.
• Allocate and supervise daily tasks; check work against the required standards.
• Train staff on cleaning methods, equipment use and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all assigned areas.
• Manage supplies, equipment and stock levels.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and help improve work processes.
• Uphold safety, hygiene and (where applicable) discretion at all times.

We are looking for:

• 1–2 years’ cleaning or facilities experience; team-lead exposure an advantage (residential/condo experience welcomed).
• A natural, hands-on leader whom teams respect.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• An eye for detail and pride in high standards.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours, including weekends/PH on rotation.

Cleaning Supervisor

Oversee cleaning operations — at a single premium site or across multiple sites — and act as the key point of contact for clients.

You will:

• Oversee cleaning operations and standards across your assigned site(s).
• Plan rosters, deployment and schedules; manage par levels and supplies.
• Build and maintain client relationships; liaise on schedules, frequency and special requests.
• Lead, train and develop team leaders and cleaners.
• Conduct quality audits and uphold presentation standards.
• Manage challenges and ensure smooth, uninterrupted service.

We are looking for:

• 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in facilities, hotel housekeeping or premium cleaning.
• WSQ Environmental Cleaning (Supervisor level) — required under the Progressive Wage Model. Sponsorship available if you are not yet certified.
• Strong communication, people-management and scheduling skills.
• Calm under pressure, with sound judgement.
• Class 3/3A driving licence an advantage (for multi-site roles).

• Maintain 4–5 star standards across client rooms plus common, healthcare and outdoor areas.
• Oversee cleaning of healthcare areas (clinic, pharmacy, observation rooms) to infection-control standards.
• Uphold premium presentation of linen, towels and amenities; maintain the deck and pool area.
• Maintain a discreet, professional presence around residents at all times.
