Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Paralegal / Legal Secretary to assist with document preparation, case management, client communication, and administrative duties. The role is suitable for those with prior legal experience as well as entry-level candidates with the right mindset and willingness to learn.Part-time candidates are welcome, particularly those with previous legal experience or who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Prepare and format legal documents, letters, and forms
- Maintain legal files, deadlines, and case records
- Arrange court filings, hearings, and meetings
- Liaise with clients, external parties, and government agencies
- Handle billing and basic accounting records (if applicable)
- Support solicitors with general case management
- Legal experience preferred, but not required
- Diploma in Law / Legal Studies or equivalent (preferred)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
