Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Paralegal / Legal Secretary to assist with document preparation, case management, client communication, and administrative duties. The role is suitable for those with prior legal experience as well as entry-level candidates with the right mindset and willingness to learn.

Part-time candidates are welcome, particularly those with previous legal experience or who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and format legal documents, letters, and forms
  • Maintain legal files, deadlines, and case records
  • Arrange court filings, hearings, and meetings
  • Liaise with clients, external parties, and government agencies
  • Handle billing and basic accounting records (if applicable)
  • Support solicitors with general case management
Requirements
  • Legal experience preferred, but not required
  • Diploma in Law / Legal Studies or equivalent (preferred)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
