Claims Executive
Monday – Friday: 8.45am–5.45pmSaturday: 8.45am–4pm
Entitled to 1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea break
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500
Location: Bishan
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with accident reporting and documentation submission
- Advise customers on insurance claims and vehicle repair procedures
- Coordinate with workshops on repair progress and provide timely updates to clients
- Liaise with surveyors and insurance companies to ensure smooth and prompt claim settlements
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries at the reception counter
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Familiar with motor/car insurance claims processes
- Interested in automotive industry
- Good communication and customer service skills
