With business expansion, we're looking to hire a Singapore based Service Technical Officer to provide services to our local customers.
For this role, you will need to- Commission, calibrate and maintain the performance of the sensors;
- Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicate with clients’ engineers and other technicians to ensure that
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with
- Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.
- Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred)
- At least 2 years of technical service experience within engineering space,
- Team player and independent, good communication skills.
