Job Description:
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards and compliance with procedures and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to line discipline and housekeeping standards.
- Comply with all quality requirements, procedures, and specifications.
- Provide first-line support during machine stoppages or basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare and manage materials for production processes.
- Perform MES transactions (e.g. split/merge lots, hold/release) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in preparing production reports such as output, WIP, and attendance reports.
Job Requirement:
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day & night).
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures strictly.
