Business Development Executive (Healthcare)

• Location : Serangoon Road
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Office Hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 Basic + Commission + Allowances + Performance Bonus + 14-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to case closure
• Grow patient referrals and expand partner networks
• Build strong relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders
• Follow up on leads and cases to improve conversion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales updates, reports, and business development records
• Ensure compliance with company processes and approval procedures
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and results-driven
• Comfortable engaging both B2B and B2C stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
