Cloud DevOps Solution Architect - Toa Payoh

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Solution Architect with over 12 years in the IT industry, possessing a deep understanding of solution design, cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and middleware consulting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in container orchestration, CI/CD pipeline implementation, cloud architecture, and production support across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCC.
• Set up and configure environments including Cloudera, NIFI, Kafka, Zookeeper, and OpenShift to support application needs.
• Architect and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes for production deployments.
• Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, SonarQube, Veracode, and integrate DevSecOps practices.
• Oversee and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery processes and participate in development sprints.
• Implement system monitoring and alerting using Geneos, Truesight, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and CloudWatch.
• Manage SSL certificate and key lifecycle management to ensure security compliance.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) environments and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and performance issues quickly and effectively.
• Participate in capacity planning, risk analysis, and provide strategic input for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in infrastructure automation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCC), and middlewaretechnologies.
• Expertise in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration in production environments.
• Strong background in CI/CD tools and DevOps frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and UFW framework.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of virtualization, networking, load balancers, DNS, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with security tools and practices, including DevSecOps and SSL/key management.
• Strong understanding of application domains including Payment Channels, CRM, and Business Banking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure is must and DevOps/Kubernetes are plus.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
