Corporate Development/ Strategy Associate (Advisory) - Geylang

An established multinational corporation is seeking an experienced Strategy Associate to identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen to assess M&A activities, conduct market and financial analysis, and assist in driving key strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Identify and evaluate new business, investment, and M&A opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility studies for potential deals.
• Support due diligence and deal execution alongside cross-functional teams.
• Monitor post-deal performance and provide insights to management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and board review.
• Assist with special projects, strategic events, and ad hoc tasks from senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret financial statements
• 2-4 years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, business development, or related fields
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs
• Candidates from accounting firms, investment banks, or similar backgrounds
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong diligence
• Fluency in English
