Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise intra-bank referrals.
  • Streamline and automate existing manual processes to drive cross-border, cross-segment client onboarding.
  • Track and optimise revenue attribution, identifying high-potential client opportunities.
  • Present insights and support referral strategy improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to scale referral-driven revenue across all markets.
  • Work with data and finance teams to deliver management reporting and data-driven insights.
  • Explore digital and data-driven solutions to uplift business revenue, supporting wider business partnership & initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business management, analytics, finance, engineering, business development and/or change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Digitally savvy, data-driven, and a desire to lead change and drive business revenue.
  • Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint etc.
  • Adept user of Generative AI tools.
