Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise intra-bank referrals.
Streamline and automate existing manual processes to drive cross-border, cross-segment client onboarding.
Track and optimise revenue attribution, identifying high-potential client opportunities.
Present insights and support referral strategy improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to scale referral-driven revenue across all markets.

Work with data and finance teams to deliver management reporting and data-driven insights.
Explore digital and data-driven solutions to uplift business revenue, supporting wider business partnership & initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business management, analytics, finance, engineering, business development and/or change management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Digitally savvy, data-driven, and a desire to lead change and drive business revenue.
Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint etc.
Adept user of Generative AI tools.
