We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Education Centre)
Are you confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping children thrive academically? Join our growing team as a Sales Executive, where you'll play a key role in introducing our quality education programmes to families in the community!- Job Title: Sales Executive
- Location: 3 Simei Street 6, #B1-19/20/21, Eastpoint Mall, Singapore 528833
- Working Hours: 5–6 days/week (includes weekends)
- Salary: Basic + Commission + Incentives (Attractive package based on performance)
- Industry: Education / Enrichment / Tuition Centre
- What You’ll Do:
- Actively reach out to potential customers both in-person and online
- Promote and explain our Chinese, Math, and other enrichment programmes to parents
- Handle walk-in and call-in enquiries; follow up with leads
- Schedule and coordinate free trial classes for students
- Assist in achieving weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Participate in marketing activities such as flyer distribution and outreach events
- Maintain accurate records of leads, trials, and conversions
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about education and helping children succeed
- Confident communicator, both face-to-face and via phone/WhatsApp
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred for communicating with parents
- Prior sales or education industry experience is a plus
