Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Public Relation Programme to meet the project goals ;
Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints ;
Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders ;
Generate reports on feedbacks/complaints received ;
Draft publicity materials including circulars ;
Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls ;
Support Project Team with administrative / clerical duties ;
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Public Relations / Communications or related field
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in related field
