IT Support Engineer - Choa Chu Kang

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will manage our IT infrastructure, optimize performance and enhanced system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain networks and servers.
• Upgrade and configure IT systems.
• Ensure IT equipment is functional.
• Monitor assets and licenses.
• Implement security protocols.
• Manage Windows AD accounts.
• Maintain SAP servers.
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems.
• Train end-users.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Document processes and backups.
• Assist with digital assets.
• Stay updated on IT practices.
• Comply with policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Knowledge of Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, SAP, VMware, and Commvault.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
