PMO cum Manual Tester
Location: Changi & MBFC, depending on stakeholder meetings
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination- Support project governance activities and ensure adherence to project management standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project timelines to meet deliverables
- Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Use JIRA to track user stories, tasks, and project progress
- Monitor and report on timeline deviations, working with Dev and QA teams to identify root causes and mitigation plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and ensure alignment on project objectives
- Drive accountability by following up on action items and commitments
- Coordinate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and address any blockers
- Support the development and tracking of user stories, epics, and tasks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure user stories are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned with business requirements
- Monitor user story progress in JIRA and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and escalate any delays or deviations from planned timelines
- Conduct hands-on systems testing, including Link Verification (LV) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Execute manual testing activities and document test results
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Coordinate with QA teams to align testing schedules and resolve issues
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain high attention to detail and organisational standards
- Adapt quickly to changing requirements and stakeholder needs
- 3-4 years of experience in technology-related project management governance
- Hands-on experience in systems testing, particularly manual testing (LV/UAT)
- Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and management
- Experience in user stories development and tracking
- Proven ability to coordinate with Development and QA teams to manage delivery timelines and address deviations
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proven ability to drive timelines and hold stakeholders accountable
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
