Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient registration
• Manage the booking of appointment
• Handle phone calls and enquiries
• Undertake administrative work
• Apply for pre-procedure approval
• Check stock and maintain inventory
• Other additional/ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Entry Level welcome to apply and training provided
• minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma
• Possess good customer service skills
• Has a keen interest in the healthcare industry
• Computer-literate
• Good team player
• Enrolled Nurse may be considered
