We are partnering with one of the well-established Local Banks in Singapore that provides the full range of services in consumer, SME and corporate banking activities across Asia and the Middle East. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their consumer bank.

Job Description:

Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Requirements:

Min. Higher Nitec holder and above
Good written/verbal communication skills
Call centre experience
