• Plan and implement curriculum and practices to engage children during their daily learning experiences
• Design and maintain stimulating and engaging learning environment
• Plan and carry out observation and documentation of children’s learning and development. Prepare portfolios for each child
• Classroom management and routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of each child
• Establish collaborative partnerships with children's families
• Be an creative and inspiring role model with a positive mindset to the children
• Undertake other assignments given from time to time

• Preferably at least 1-2 years experience in similar capacity although those without experience will also be considered
• Early Childhood Certification in English.
• Able to converse with the students in both English and Mandarin
