The Role: Part-Time Delivery Rider Partner

As a Part-Time Delivery Rider Partner, you will:

• Pick up food orders from our Northshore, Punggol kitchen location within 30-40 minutes of order placement (non-negotiable responsiveness requirement)
• Transport orders safely via your motorcycle to customer addresses across Singapore with a major concentration in the Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang and East Coast areas
• Maintain professionalism and deliver orders with care (no food damage, correct items, clean packaging)
• Handle cash payments securely (where applicable) and manage change accurately
• Communicate delivery delays to customers proactively via phone/WhatsApp if needed
• Complete 4-10 deliveries per 3-hour shift during peak hours (11am-1:30pm, 6pm-8:30pm)
• Follow Lahori.SG brand guidelines and represent our business professionally
• Maintain a high customer rating (target: 4.8/5.0 stars minimum)
• Coordinate delivery scheduling via simple WhatsApp group or basic delivery app
• Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately to minimize service disruption

This is a PART-TIME, FLEXIBLE, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR role with no fixed hours.

You choose your shifts and work frequency.

1. Flexible Scheduling: Work whenever you want—2 shifts/week, 5 shifts/week, it's your choice
2. Competitive Earnings: SGD 6-7 per delivery + peak-hour bonuses (20-30% uplift 11am-1:30pm, 6pm-8:30pm)

4. Growing Demand: New restaurant = consistent order flow, no "dry spells"
5. Simple Operations: No corporate bureaucracy, direct communication with owner
6. Fuel/Insurance Flexibility: Use your own motorcycle; we cover delivery-specific insurance rider if needed
7. Community: Join a small team of reliable riders earning supplementary income

Earnings Example (Realistic):

• 3-hour lunch shift (11am-1:30pm): 8-10 deliveries = SGD 50-70 (before fuel ~SGD 10-12)
• 3-hour dinner shift (6pm-8:30pm): 7-9 deliveries = SGD 45-65 (before fuel ~SGD 10-12)
• 5 shifts/week = SGD 180-270/week or SGD 720-1,080/month (supplementary income)

Important: This is supplementary gig income, NOT full-time employment. Most rider partners are with us for side income while studying or working other jobs.
