Job Descriptions
  • Attend to walk-in visitors and answer phone calls
  • Assist the HR manager in maintaining & updating employees' and clients' records and databases
  • To prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and EA licensing requirements
  • Clients' work pass application, clients' ad-hoc HR related documents
  • Monitor and update statutory documentation
  • Liaise with clients regarding documentation, status update & payment tracking
  • Prepare invoices
  • Courier arrangement
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, queries, and administrative duties
  • Provide other ad-hoc administration support
Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates and working mothers are welcome to apply
  • 1 year of prior experience in clerical/ administrative support or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s employment laws, MOM guidelines, and work pass regulations
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Meticulous, well-organized, deadline-driven, and adaptive
  • Well-spoken and presentable
  • Positive working attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Monday – Friday; 9 am to 6 pm
