Job Description- Support reception desk operations
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with invoice processing and run simple reports
- Manage the office pantry and storage space
- Filing of documents and records
- Assist in the packing and preparation of packages
- Handle claims and timesheets
- Perform ad hoc duties and any other HR matters as assigned
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Ability to work independently
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge in simple accounting (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable - AR/AP)
- Preferably residing in Central or West areas
- Available 2–3 times per week, approximately 4 hours per day
