Senior/Finance Executive (SAP)

Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a Senior/Finance Executive to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible. The Senior/Finance Executive is responsible for:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Handle high-volume operational finance tasks, including reconciliations, commission processing, and monitoring of premium accounts.
• Drive process improvements by reviewing, optimizing, and automating finance procedures and systems (e.g., SAP B1).
• Support month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders on business and financial strategies.
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or similar discipline.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in full sets of accounts and 3 years of audit background
• Proficient in SAP B1 is an added advantage
