Tampines - QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Interior Fit Out Works & Renovation Field)

About the role

Ada Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this full-time position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, you will be responsible for managing the quantity surveying and commercial aspects of our interior fit-out works and renovation projects.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and feasibility studies for interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery
• Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying potential savings and providing regular financial reporting
• Collaborate with the project management team to resolve any commercial or contractual issues
• Assist with tender preparation and bid submissions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Provide expert advice and support to the wider construction team

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the interior fit-out and renovation sector
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project control processes
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
