• Support New Production Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring criteria are met for manufacturing process development, tool design, integrated schedules, design-to-cost objectives, sourcing technical support, quality qualification, test support, cost reduction, and smooth supply chain integration.
• Provide technical leadership in manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, inspections, testing, and the design of tools and fixtures.
• Apply expertise in electrical and electronic equipment production, including test methodologies and best practices.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines, driving assigned projects and programs to successful completion and profitability.
• Collect data and develop manufacturing solutions and documentation to support OMS, SOE, manufacturing instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform assembly tasks as needed and provide hands-on guidance to technicians and operators.

• Candidate with 2 years assistant engineer experience in semiconductor industry are welcome to apply.
