The Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment is a critical driver of DKSH's leadership capability, responsible for identifying and securing exceptional senior-level talent that shapes the future of the organization. By partnering closely with senior management across business units, this role delivers strategic hiring outcomes that directly support DKSH's long-term growth and organizational strength.
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for senior-level positions, guiding senior leadership and hiring managers from search strategy through to offer negotiation and close.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute comprehensive, tailored hiring strategies that address current and future talent needs across key business units.
- Conduct rigorous market research and talent mapping to identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with top-tier executive candidates, including passive talent, through proactive networking and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for key leadership roles, ensuring readiness to activate at pace when business needs arise.
- Evaluate candidates thoroughly against qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential through structured interviews, assessments, background checks, and reference verification, while delivering a consistently professional and transparent candidate experience.
- Leverage artificial intelligence (AI)-powered sourcing, automation, and analytics to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate quality, while optimizing tech-enabled workflows to improve speed, transparency, and scalability across the hiring process.
- Apply data and predictive insights to guide hiring decisions and pipeline strategy, presenting market intelligence and performance metrics to senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.
- Represent DKSH at industry events and networking forums to strengthen the organization's employer brand and attract top executive talent.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 7 years in executive search; in-house corporate experience is highly preferred, and exposure to Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and/or Life Sciences/Healthcare in the Asia Pacific region is ideal.
- Proven ability to source and successfully place high-level executives across a range of industries, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, underpinned by a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and market intelligence for senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, and predictive analytics to drive efficiency, elevate candidate quality, and optimize tech-enabled workflows at scale.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the executive talent marketplace, with a proven track record of providing consultative guidance to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of current market trends and compensation benchmarks for executive-level roles.
