Network Engineer (Senior) | Up to $7500 | Renewable Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across business operations.

Work Hours : 8.30AM to 6PM

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable network architectures to support current and future business requirements
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and identify optimization opportunities
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions within SLA timelines
• Configure and manage routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Implement and maintain network security measures including firewall policies, VPNs, and access controls
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, system administrators, and vendors to support network operations
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects with minimal downtime
• Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team
• Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Engineering and Infrastructure Management
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, design principles, and enterprise networking best practices
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Experience managing enterprise-grade networking equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent technologies
• Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPN technologies, and access control management
• Experience using network monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
• Good understanding of cloud networking platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIE, or equivalent are required
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
