HR Officer (Administration) - Toa Payoh

Assist in all human resource functions and general administrative matters related to human resources

  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records, work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees including purchasing security bond and managing foreign worker quota
  • Ensure that data is entered timely and accurately into the HR database
  • Maintain and update staff access cards and HR records
  • Verify and process HR-related invoices and payments
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations
  • Handle medical insurance and work injury claims
  • Provide administrative support for HR process and policies
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Cover front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing general inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate front desk operations such as receiving mail and deliveries, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring a welcoming reception area
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of HR experience is an added advantage
  • Entry level are welcome to apply. Training provided.
  • Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Independent worker & strong team player
