Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Compliance & Data Protection Officer to lead and manage our company’s compliance function.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and AMLO Reporting Officer.
• Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with Singapore regulations and company requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal/external policies (e.g., AMLA, CTFA, PDPA, anti-bribery laws).
• Maintain necessary registrations, approvals, and licenses for business operations.
• Develop and oversee annual compliance programs, including employee training and awareness initiatives.
• Review and update compliance policies and internal controls in line with global standards and regulatory changes.
• Investigate non-compliance issues and report findings to senior management and the Board.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of proven experience in compliance function or 10 years in similar internal control related functions
• Strong knowledge of local and global compliance requirements and relevant laws and regulations related to the lending industry
• Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance program, including risk assessments, policy enforcement and regulatory reporting
• Advanced in MS Office and MS Excel
