Regional Technical Product Manager - Toa Payoh

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen, industry knowledge, and strong project management skills to deliver scalable and revenue-generating products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development and serve as product PIC for the internal R&D team.
• Design and own the product roadmap based on client needs, business goals, and market dynamics.
• Conceptualize and develop scoring and data products for both financial and non-financial industry risk control and anti-fraud use cases.
• Define product vision and strategy with a strong focus on API development and scalability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and robust API design and implementation.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, regulatory trends, and competitor offerings.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder inputs.
• Act as project manager to oversee product delivery timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand risk modeling processes, performance metrics, and product integration requirements.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and propose improvements based on data and user insights.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in risk management, data product development, or data analysis—preferably within internet/tech companies or credit/data providers.
• Strong understanding of financial services and fintech, particularly lending ecosystems, regulatory environments, and data vendor landscape (e.g., credit bureaus, telcos, utility providers).
• Familiar with data modeling, scoring systems, and performance measurement.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); Mandarin Chinese & Bahasa is a strong plus due to regional coverage.
