TLS Academy invites responsible and service-oriented individuals to apply for the position of Learning Center Monitor / Teaching Assistant.
This role supports classroom learning and daily academic routines within a structured learning center environment. The position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with students and who desire to contribute meaningfully within a values-driven educational institution.

Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers and supervisors in supporting classroom learning activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group academic support, particularly in English language and literacy.
- Support students as they work independently through assigned academic materials.
- Help prepare teaching materials and classroom learning resources.
- Supervise and guide students during class sessions and school activities.
- Assist in maintaining an orderly and focused learning center environment.
- Encourage positive study habits and responsible conduct among students.
Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning.- Currently residing in Singapore and legally eligible to work in Singapore.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Completion of A-Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their learning.
- Willingness to contribute positively within a values-based educational environment.
Previous classroom, tutoring, mentoring, or youth-related experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
