Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily courier and delivery operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality parcel delivery services.

• Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and supervise delivery personnel to ensure adherence to service standards and performance goals
• Liaise with delivery clients to meet and exceed service level agreements
• Monitor delivery KPIs including on-time rates, parcel volumes, and customer feedback, and prepare regular performance reports
• Implement operational improvements and technology solutions to enhance workflow and service quality
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and ensure driver compliance with licensing and safety standards
• Conduct manpower planning, recruitment, and training for delivery staff to maintain a skilled and effective team
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate strategic concerns to senior management for resolution

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills to guide and motivate delivery teams
• Proficiency in logistics software and route planning tools to optimize delivery operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams

• Salary: S$4,000 - S$6,500 per month (adjusted based on candidate and market)
