Customer Service Representative
About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at HUNGRY BBQ PRIVATE LIMITED'. This role is full-time and will be based in the Aljunied Central Region. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive.
What you'll be doing- Respond to inbound enquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, addressing concerns, and processing refunds or exchanges as needed
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer queries
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and diffuse tense situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly identify and address customer needs
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support or Client & Sales Administration industry
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to going above and beyond for our clients
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously
