Contract Manager (LTA/MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, contract agreements, and procurement strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor and supplier tenders.
• Manage contracts including progress payments, variations, claims, final accounts, contractual correspondences.
• Monitor project costs, track changes, and produce cost reports for management review.
• Oversee preparation and submission of all tender documentation, ensuring professional presentation and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
• Lead QS team members

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in LTA MRT Contract Management
• Well versed in Contract Claims and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and financial management.
• Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel, and project management software.
