We're Hiring: Senior Finance Executive (Finance, HR & Admin) – Singapore

• Location: Singapore | Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Manage full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Issue daily invoices and process payments
• Monitor and report weekly cash flow
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management reports for internal review
• Assist with annual financial statements, tax filing, and liaise with auditors
• Participate in finance-related projects (e.g. Procurement system, InvoiceNow implementation)

• Process monthly staff payroll and claims
• Maintain and organize finance and company records (both digital and physical)
• Support onboarding for new hires

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Familiar with Singapore tax laws and statutory compliance
• Prior experience in the sports events or sports management industry will be an added advantage
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently
• Willing to go the extra mile to meet deadlines when needed
