Our client is a non-profit organisation in Singapore providing eldercare, active ageing, and community-based services, supporting seniors through engagement programmes, day care, and holistic care services.

Job Overview
The Community Engagement Executive will support outreach and engagement efforts within the community, focusing on volunteer management, programme execution, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the well-being of seniors.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Volunteer Management- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers to support organisational programmes
- Plan and manage volunteer-driven initiatives and activities
- Organise orientation, training, and appreciation programmes for volunteers
- Coordinate community engagement projects with internal teams and external partners
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporates, and institutions
- Represent the organisation at networking sessions and relevant meetings
- Track volunteer engagement metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders and funding bodies
- Develop and execute communication plans to support programme objectives
- Diploma or higher qualification in Community Development, Social Services, or related field
- Prior experience in eldercare or community engagement is an advantage
- Comfortable interacting and working with seniors
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
- Working Days: 5 days (Mon to Fri)
- Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
