Get to Know the Role

This role bridges the gap between manufacturing operations and IT team by ensuring that manufacturing systems are smart, connected and continuously improving through data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and implementing smart manufacturing initiatives including AI/ML applications within the fab
• Integrate data from MES, SPC and Advanced Process Control systems for real-time insights and manufacturing automation
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in production, maintenance and inspection processes
• Develop advanced machine learning and statistical models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection and process optimization
• Build real-time dashboards and alert systems to drive actionable insights for process, equipment and development engineers

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering or data analytics
• Strong Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and model development
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and dashboarding
• Fluency in deploying machine learning models and statistical analyses in a manufacturing context is a bonus
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data architecture
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
