Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and professional Front Desk Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our tuition centre’s front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will play a key role in representing the organisation, providing accurate information and a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of our courses, services, and operational procedures.
- Provide a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Understand and respond effectively to the needs of customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through promptly and efficiently within service level standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service processes.
- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless and consistent service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; bilingualism is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in education, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates emotional maturity and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Familiar with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
