Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for high-volume hiring needs
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment standards
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines
- Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning and support career fairs and outreach activities
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Review and enhance recruitment policies and processes to improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards for management review
- Support HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related projects
- At least 3 years of recruitment and sourcing experience in an MNC, with exposure to high-volume hiring
- Prior hands-on experience in HR operations
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore HR laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong capability in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
