As a Customer Service Representative cum Admin (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Process customer quotes and input orders.
- Access and send shipping documents and certificates to customers via email.
- Retrieve and email invoices and Statements of Account from the system, sharing them with customers and Regional Sales Managers upon request.
- Track urgent orders, updating customers on their status and shipping details.
- Access RFQs from the customer portal and respond accordingly.
- Upload order confirmations and tax invoices to the customer portal.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Customer Support Manager and Director.
- Possess a minimum of Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience
