Receptionist

Attend to the counter reception
Register patients digitally
Stock taking and ordering of dental materials
Communication with laboratories on collection, shipment and reception
Responsible for fee collection and daily accounts
Involved in submission of CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims

Dental Assistant

Assist dentist for dental procedures
Ensure cleanliness of the dental treatment room and all clinical areas
Stock taking and updating inventory
Follow-up on patient's lab cases
