Who We Are

Cycling Bears aims to revolutionize the fitness industry with stunning luxurious equipment made of sustainably sourced materials that blend beautifully with the environment. Our clients range from home-owners & hoteliers to interior designers & architects.

We design wellness sanctuaries for homes, hotels, yachts and private clubs using bespoke equipment with no planned obsolescence.

  • Always looking for innovative design, we have curated 5 brands: Pent, Ciclotte, Nohrd, Kenko & Stil-Fit. We also offer recovery solutions including infra-red saunas, ice baths, red light therapy and oxygen hyperbaric chambers.
  • Our team aims to offer holistic solutions for our clients by partnering with experts to offer wellness and nutrition to personalised training programs.
Despite being a relatively new entrant to the fitness industry, we have over 100 projects underway and our clients span the globe, from Australia to Zimbabwe. Cycling Bears has also garnered significant media coverage, having been featured in over 20 publications.

We currently have showrooms in Singapore, Melbourne and Manila, with plans to expand further this year.

The Job

Work collaboratively within a team to execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth. Engage potential clients through showroom hosting and product demonstrations. Cultivate and expand customer relationships to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Partner with designers and digital marketing teams to deliver tailored fitness space designs and multi-channel marketing content.

Responsibilities
  • Host potential clients at showrooms and deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify new opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations including preparing accurate quotations and providing project-specific support
  • Collaborate with interior design team to create customized fitness space designs that meet clients' needs and aesthetic standards
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to develop and implement content strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Who You Are
  • You have a passion for wellness, fitness, luxury products, or interior design
  • You have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • You are Fluent in English. Additional languages are advantageous for client engagement in diverse markets
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a People's Person and client orientated, and want to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • You have a sales-driven mindset with readiness to embrace business development challenges and love an attractive commission structure
