Infrastructure Engineer (L2 engineer)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering roles, with a strong focus on enterprise-level network infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in configuring Cisco ASA, Firepower VPN appliances, AnyConnect & XMLs.
o In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS).o Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks).
o Experience with network security appliances (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN).
o Basic understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
o- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Job Purpose: Infrastructure Engineer - Network within Partner company - Play a critical role in the basic design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and secure network infrastructure. To be instrumental in ensuring the high availability, performance, and integrity of critical systems to ensure operations stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and manage network solutions, including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing, to meet business requirements and security standards.
- Proactively monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot complex network incidents to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional infrastructure teams, application development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services.
- Participate in on-call to provide 24/7 support on-demand for critical network infrastructure incidents.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, operational procedures, and incident response plans.
- Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.
