An exciting opportunity is available with a leading technology consulting organization supporting a major financial institution in Singapore. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong frontend engineering expertise to contribute to the development of next-generation Wealth Management applications used by both internal stakeholders and clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms, modern Micro Frontend architectures, cloud-native applications, and innovative digital experiences within a high-performing engineering environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Java Spring Boot
• Build and optimize scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement and support Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures
• Drive engineering best practices across frontend and backend development
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the technology stack
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions
• Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Technical Skills

• Expert-level experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and RTK Query
• Proven experience with Micro Frontend architectures, including Module Federation or Single-SPA
• Advanced HTML5, semantic markup, and CSS3 expertise
• Strong knowledge of Flexbox, CSS Grid, Responsive Design, Styled Components, or Emotion
• Experience with Webpack, Vite, and modern frontend tooling
• Strong testing experience using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience building reusable components and design systems using Storybook
• Expertise in frontend performance optimization, code splitting, and lazy loading

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MariaDB
• SQL optimization and performance tuning experience
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or IBM MQ
• Strong unit and integration testing experience using JUnit, Mockito, and Karate
• Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles

• Minimum 12 years of software development experience
• Strong frontend engineering expertise with modern React technologies
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Available within 1 month or less preferred

• Work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the banking and wealth management domain
• Exposure to modern frontend architectures and enterprise engineering practices
