Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on Recruitment to join our HR team. In addition, this role will provide support across a broad range of HR operations within the Human Resources Department.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Manpower Planning and Projects
• Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements
• Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning and support career fairs
• Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
• Continuously improving recruitment policies and processes to enhance efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships including recruitment agencies
• Prepare and maintain HR reports/Dashboards
• Support HR operations, employee engagement and projects
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience working in a similar capacity in an MNC with ability to handle high volume hiring
• Prior experience with HR operations experiences
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (excellent in Microsoft Excel)
• High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
• Strong communication, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees of all levels
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to manage demanding workload and ‘hands-on”
• Flexible, self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
